The marriage does not last long, and ends in a divorce, with Rhea living alone with her mother. She meets with another man named Karan, and after several confrontations and misunderstandings she begins to fall in love with him. Rhea introduces him to her mother, who approves of Karan. When the time comes for the engagement ceremony, Karan tells her that he only wants to bring some happiness in her life, had never considered himself a groom. Much to Rheas shock and disbelief, he tells her that he would like her to get married to a man named Mihir, who he feels is good enough to be her new husband.
