Full Episode Summary: Sitcom about two American radio personalities - Hank Knight and Everett Daye - who had been the presenters of Knight And Daye, a New York morning radio talk-show back in the 1940s, until the partnership dissolved amid their love for the same woman. Forty years later, in 1989, Janet Glickman - the manager at KLOP, a radio station in San Diego, California - invites the two to patch up their differences and reunite in the hope that they will increase the station's lowly listenership ratings. Straight away, on their new morning show, they continue where they had left off, arguing, even though the subject of their 1940s verbal tussles, Gloria, has long been married to Everett (their daughter Ellie, with her husband Cito, having made them grandparents three times over).
