Wiki Biography: Lucas Linehan is an Australian actor based in Melbourne. Lucas began performing at 20 years old. The next couple of years saw Lucas auditioning for roles in short films and unpaid student work, leading to the realisation that he had a greater passion for acting for film rather than performing in a theatre. In 2012, Lucas starred in lead roles in nearly 20 short and student films as well as three feature films. He has also completed several acting courses including Acting for Screen with NIDA. Lucas has a very exciting future ahead with the release of his first Feature Film 'Monster Pies' opening to the public in April 2013. Lucas portrays the film's lead character 'William', a troubled teenager who begins to develop feelings for another boy in his class. 'Monster Pies' had it's International Premiere in March 2013 at the Melbourne Queer Film Festival. It was here that 'Monster Pies' won rave reviews and the coveted 'Best Feature Film' at the festival with Linehan also receiving some great reviews for his performance. Monster Pies will be released on DVD online from October 29 2013.
