Full Episode Summary: The Watcher was an anthology program in a similar vein as the old Alfred Hitchcock Presents and the Tales from the Crypt. The program's only recurring character is "the Watcher," played by rap star Sir Mix-A-Lot, an all-seeing purveyor of moralistic messages who is able to view all the goings-on of Las Vegas via security monitors throughout the city. Mix-A-Lot serves as a host and commentator for the several tales of depravity and human weakness that he presents in each episode, which typically includes such vices as murder, drug abuse and other sordid affairs.
