Brad Bufanda Biography

Wiki Biography: Brad began his career in 1993 appearing in a USC student film by then Student Director Luke Greenfield named "Wide Awake". A Producer in the audience saw Brad at the screening and cast him in the lead role in a martial arts movie "Pocket Ninjas". In 1994 he appeared in the first ever Skechers commercial which aired nationwide and featured Brad free running, skateboarding, and playing football. In 1995 Brad starred in the ABC movie of the week "Secret of the Lizard Women". In 1996 he co-starred on "Roseanne" and "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper". He attended high school in Orange County, California where he played sports while doing print work for Pacific Sunwear. In 2001 he guest starred on Disney Channel's "Even Stevens" then went on to book guest spots on a number of hit TV shows and soaps. In 2003 Brad was cast in Warner Bros. Feature "A Cinderella Story", in the lead role of "David". Around that same time he appeared on MTV performing a duet with rapper Foxy Brown. A year later he booked a small role in the "Veronica Mars" pilot which led to his work in Season 1 and 2, where his character "Felix" was ultimately killed off in the cliffhanger season two finale. Brad returned to college and played basketball on various college teams before returning to auditions for TV and Film. In 2007 Brad landed a series regular role on HBO/Cinemax's "Co-Ed Confidential". He appeared in three of the show's four seasons. His character became very popular among teens and young adults; so popular that ESPN broadcasters would quote his character's lines on the air. After the conclusion of "Co-Ed Confidential" Brad resumed his theatrical training and auditioning, and quickly landed a strong role in the feature "The Grief Tourist", which is to be released in 2011. Outside of acting Brad spends most of his time fitness training and writing music. His favorite hobbies are running, sauna, and basketball. He has one younger sister who plays basketball for her college. Brad is a vegetarian and active in many charities.
