Wiki Biography: Actor Declan Reynolds was born in Monaghan, Ireland where he was raised until he went to Belfast, Northern Ireland in September 1998 to study a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Psychology in Queen's University, Belfast until 2001.He then completed his Masters of Arts (MA) in Film Studies at University College, Dublin (UCD) from 2001 to 2002.Started acting in the local Garage Theatre with Monaghan Dramatic Society and Monaghan Youth Theatre (MYT) in 1995.His first screen acting job was playing a footballer in a TV sting for Eircom during RTE's 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' in 2000. He has appeared in TV and print commercials for Aquafina Water, Carlsberg, Sony Playstation, iTrip TV and 11850 Directory Enquiries.Declan's first feature film role was in Dermot Doyle's HILL 16 (2003) playing the annoying younger brother of the lead protagonist. Declan was 23 years old playing a 16-year-old at the time.In 2006, Declan appeared in supernatural thriller Puffball by British veteran director Nicolas Roeg (Don't Look Now, The Man Who Fell To Earth, Walkabout) opposite Donald Sutherland, Kelly Reilly and Miranda Richardson. Puffball was filmed in Co. Monaghan around Declan's hometown.In 2011-2012, Declan wrote and starred in Trouble Times Three, a comedy about a guy who finds out he's impregnated three girls at the same time. It was a finalist in RTE Storyland 2012 coming third out of 86 entries. Four episodes of the series were made.Declan travels between Dublin, Ireland and London, England.
