Full Show Summary

Secret Eaters is a documentary series broadcast on Channel 4. The series takes a look at the the psychology and science of eating as it scrutinises the eating habits of overweight families. The series is presented by Anna Richardson. Different overweight families agree to be filmed with 24-hour camera surveillance. Anna then confronts the families with the extent of their secret eating in the Secret Eaters incident room. Dr Richard Marshall and dietician Lynne Garton analyse their diets.

Precious and Florence, from Sidcup, are under the spotlight this week. Precious works out every day and insists she eats healthily, while elder sister Florence cooks everything from scratch and would rather eat her own food than touch a takeaway.
