Full Show Summary

Call Centre is a documentary series which takes a look behind the scene in the world of the call centre operators to reveal exactly what motivates them. It is filmed in the third largest call centre in Swansea and at the helm is CEO Nev Wilshire, guiding his company with an unorthodox management style.
